1. What is Back to Basics?

Our program provides an exciting Leadership, Life Skills and Social Skills Academy for youth and adults. Our services are vital for emotional and social development and we teach the concepts in a fun and comprehensive way. We understand the undercurrent of frustrations children, schools, parents and chaperones are facing when managing the propriety of the behavior and interactions of The Internet Generation. Back to Basics bridges the gap between past and future generations by providing a solution and a channel for personal expression. When mentoring adults, the client needs the personal space to be vulnerable and have a reliable and trusted confident as a sounding board and source of inspiration and guidance.

2. What ages do you coach?

We coach all ages and grades ranging from kindergarten through adults but obviously offer different curriculum depending on the age range.

3. What programs do you offer?

We offer weekend workshops, after school enrichment programs and private coaching to provide leadership, life skills and social skills for youth and adults in the DC Metro area.
